Choices For Independence Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

The position provides administrative support to the Choices for Independence Case Management position. This position is in place to provide compliance monitoring of records, scanning of electronic documents, basic customer service, interactions across the organization, developing packets, mailing documents, demographic changes, and other duties as needed by the department to support the case managers and Elders Director. The position is hybrid and must be in person in office three days per week and has the option for 2 remote days of work per week.

Essential Job Functions:

· Document Tracking

· Scanning documents

· Loading documents into electronic systems

· Mailings

· Tracking of deadlines and monthly reminders to staff

· Quality data reporting

· Basic client interactions

· Audit support

· Phone skills

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

· Requires utmost trust for maintaining confidentiality

· High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements/Work environment

• Occasional standing
• Frequent sitting, minimum of 5 hours per day
• Occasional walking, bending, and twisting of spine
• Light lifting and carrying, less than 30 lbs
• Visual acuity-worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform job functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
