In this role, you will delve into the details of the moving industry and play a crucial part in our operations, whether working independently or as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first friendly voice customers hear when they call, and the helpful hand behind emails and texts.
- Act as a key link between customers and our owners, ensuring everyone's on the same page.
- Work with various booking sites and coordinate with our crew members to keep things ticking.
- Stay in regular touch with the owners, keeping them updated and informed.
- Handle job bookings and schedules, both on the phone and online.
- Provide estimates and quotes with a smile, and make sure invoicing is a breeze.
- Take care of contracts, ensuring they're signed and sorted.
- Keep our calendars up-to-date, so everyone knows what's happening when.
- Engage with our customers post-service, encouraging feedback and responding to reviews.
- Lend a hand in some of our creative marketing efforts.
Working Hours:
- Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 1 PM (subject to variation based on the season).
- Some weekend availability will be required but will be limited to answering the phone and sending out estimates only.
- Flexible hours with an average of 20 hours per week during the off-season and 25-35 hours per week during peak times.
