Provides administrative program support for the day-to-day medical student, internal and external resident and fellow rotators. Assists with the coordination of educational activities. Assures program compliance with regulatory agency standards and maintains essential documentation required for program viability. Functions as a liaison between rotators, departments, attending physicians, administration and outside institutions.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews applications of rotation requests, schedules and coordinates rotation schedules.
- Coordinates educational services: conference schedules, evaluations, interoffice activities related to the program.
- Provides information, support and problem solving for faculty and students during rotations.
- Maintains database for educational purposes which includes tracking of evaluations, historical data and procedures. May be responsible for maintaining website updates.
- Provides administrative support, correspondence and administrative materials required for the program.
- Maintains templates associated with rotations.
- Assist course director with scheduling elective experiences at fire based EMS agencies, third service EMS agencies, EMS education programs, 911 dispatch centers, ride along shifts with fellows/faculty, and other EMS activities.
- Organizes travel arrangements for any speakers.
- Develops and maintains communications with community liaisons.
- Administers surveys required for resident rotators.
- Assists with setting up attendance tracking each semester.
Working Conditions
- This is a hybrid work position requiring some days on campus depending on workload needs and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree.
- Canvas experience.
- Ability to learn computer web programs relating to educational needs.
- Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification and five years of experience in an office or administrative support position or Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in an office or administrative support position.

G09-HSalary Range
$22.92 - $35.49 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
