JOB OVERVIEW
Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team . As Administrative Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Installation team. You will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling, delivery, installation , service and recovery work in a timely manner. In addition , work closely with the sales team, order fulfillment team and third party providers to achieve and provide excellent customer satisfaction . Must be able to work in a team environment .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- External and internal customer contact
- Reviewing orders from sales branch to insure the install team will have all they need to complete installation on the first visit
- Recording key dates and activities related to orders
- Scheduling and releasing completed product
- Coordinating delivery of customer orders
- Ensuring maximum install capacity by deploying resources and leveraging install time appropriately
- Collects customer payments following installation or delivery as needed
- Managing recovery process for shortages and damaged product
- Promotes and facilitates continuous improvement activities in the department
- Collecting and verifying Lead Safe Install paperwork when applicable
- Scheduling installation of Pella products and installation recovery appointments
- Communicates with customers, contractors, and sales department to coordinate product delivery details along with verification of addresses, phone numbers and directions
- Other Special Projects as Needed
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Strong calendar management skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
