Administrative Associate

Albemarle Ballet Theatre is seeking an Administrative Associate for 3 - 10 hours per week. Hourly pay based on experience. Work is 90% remote with flexible hours. Workload flucuates based on the seasonal flow of the school. Potential opportunity for more hours depending on qualifications and interest.

Candidates must be proficient in computer skills, emailing, Google Suite (calendar, sheets, docs, forms) as well as Word and Excel, have experience in billing, and be comfortable with client communications.

Job includes:

• Billing
• Emailing
• Working in JackRabbit: our class management system
• Updating and creating documents and spreadsheets

Ideally we would love the candidate to work tech week for both shows each year (4-9pm Wednesday - Saturday, December and May) but this isn't a deal breaker.

This is a great job if you're looking to add easy remote supplemental work. If you have a background in or a love for dance, it's a wonderful way to be involved!
