Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval
- Ensure all files are labeled correctly and stored in the appropriate location
- Assist with file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Retrieve files as requested by staff or clients
- Scan and upload documents into electronic filing systems
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with general office duties as needed
-Assist Office Manager with accounting tasks such as processing payments, invoice creation/submission, generating receipts
-Assist Receptionist with answering phones, transferring calls, and phone messages.
-Assist paralegals with various tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant / File Clerk or in a similar role is REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in file management
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Quickbooks experience is a PLUS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
