Administrative Assistant

Peterson Salt & Water treatment is a locally owned small business in Hopkins Minnesota dealing in water softeners, drinking water systems & softener salt. We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated & detail oriented person to join our office team.

Duties Include:

• Answer phones & incoming emails from customers & vendors
• Manage supplies, inventory, mail and office organization
• Help walk-in customers
• Invoice & route deliveries for drivers
• Maintaining customer records & accounts
• Accounts receivable
• Maintaining schedule for service technicians

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of office administration and/or office management, preferably working with leadership
• Excellent MS Office computer skills and able to learn new technology
• Superior customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong desire to develop new skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Effective time management and detail orientation
• A collaborative and team-focused approach to work
• Ability to lift 40lbs
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
