Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a remote Administrative Assistant to undertake a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry. The ideal candidate will have Strong organizational skills, work well with team members. Candidates with a background in construction billing and administrative support are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Set up and maintain electronic invoicing.
- Work with A/P department to ensure invoice accuracy
- Assist in vendor relationship management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an office supporting position or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. scanning and copying)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Associate's/College degree; BS/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be comfortable working full-time with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Some travel involved for meetings.
