SalaryPragmatic Manufacturing is looking for a new part-time Administrative Assistant, M-W-F. We are a clean, modern, proactive and detailed company Manufacturing complex components. Most Administrative Assistant duties will revolve around managing and distributing information within the company. This generally includes answering phones, maintaining files, purchasing, strong communication skills with customers and suppliers, greeting people at the door and scheduling, amongst others.
Prefer experience with Sage 50 (or other accounting software equivalent), ISO 9001:2015 and 5S/Lean Manufacturing.
Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
**Required to be a US Citizen or Green Card holder due to Department of Defense and ITAR regulations**
