We are a family owned and operated full service plumbing and heating supply house for commercial contractors and retail customers alike. We currently have nine Ohio locations and are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team in our Chagrin Falls home office.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and forward incoming calls
- Complete customer-related tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist A/R and A/P as needed including data entry
- Close out cash drawer
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Special projects as assigned
- Perform other general office tasks
Position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Requirements:
- Searching for a friendly and positive individual who is a good listener and is eager and willing to learn
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
- Prior phone experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general keyboard proficiency required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience or basic knowledge in A/P and A/R preferred but will train
- Reliable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
