The Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system, both physical and digital.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
