Job Description
Clearwater of New England is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Peabody, Massachusetts. This position will be responsible for assisting with the administrative duties of the office. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing calendars
- Maintaining filing systems and records
- Providing general support to other employees
- Providing general support to the business as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager or owner
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to work independently or as a member of a team is required. The candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. A background in accounting is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
