Road to Baby, LLC is a reproductive consulting agency, specializing in Gestational Surrogacy and Egg Donation and Sperm Donation. We assist individuals become parents through the help of Gestational Carriers, Egg and Sperm Donors. Our mission is to provide concierge service support and guidance with comfort and compassion during the surrogacy journey to all parties involved.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Under the direct supervision of the founder/COO, the ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office operations, including filing systems, supplies, and general administrative support
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to appropriate team members
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
• Prepare and edit documents, including, handouts, fliers, newsletters, brochures, manuals, educational material, and presentations, as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including coordinating with our admissions and case management team to package and ship materials to clients
• Maintain a well-organized and tidy office space
• Assist in the preparation and attending tabling events
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years at the Administrative Assistant level or Associate's degree and 2 years at the Administrative Assistant level. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Canva preferred
• Proficient in copying, scanning and faxing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective

Hours:

This position offers an in-person, part-time commitment of 22.5 hours per week, designated for Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Additionally, it's important to note that the role could require additional hours for events and shipping orders, particularly over the holidays. There is potential for the role to transition into a full-time position in a hybrid work environment in the future.

Compensation:

• $20/hour
