Liqid, an innovative technology company in Westminster, CO, seeks an Organized and Motivated Administrative Assistant. This position could be Part-Time or potentially Full-Time w/ Benefits for top-tier candidates.
LiqidLiqid stands at the forefront of IT infrastructure innovation with our Matrix software, a hallmark in composable disaggregated infrastructure (CDI).
Our technology helps clients to dynamically elevate their IT performance, flexibility, and efficiency. This approach accelerates workloads for Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and graphics-intensive purposes, enhancing customer time to results and setting new standards in the IT industry.
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Administrative Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include assisting in daily office needs, managing our company’s general administrative activities, and supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
We see your primary responsibilities including, but not limited to, the below items. Everyone at Liqid is expected to have a “can-do” attitude and be proactive in taking on challenges and presenting solutions.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Enter and submit monthly expense reports using Expensify
- Retrieve, scan, and distribute mail
- Order kitchen food and beverages
- Order office furniture and supplies
- Assist employees with travel bookings
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
- Manage catering and daily employee lunch program
- Assist HR with onboarding tasks and projects

You like to help others by nature. You are both coachable and proactive. You like to be busy and you can handle multiple responsibilities in a timely fashion. You are a great listener and pick up new processes and skills quickly. You are not easily rattled, but will raise your hand if you need help. Preferably, you have worked for senior management and/or a team of executives in the past.
Qualifications- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking skills, and ability prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner using discretion and judgment
- Willingness to jump into various types of tasks and learn new things to support our team as needs arise
