External Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Sacramento, CA location.
This position provides a variety of administrative and clerical functions within an office or in a department/function to support the efficient administrative operations.
Job Description
- Welcome consumers and visitors warmly, whether in person or over the phone, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using electronic calendars to optimize consumer satisfaction and treatment room usage.
- Keep appointments on schedule by notifying providers of consumer arrivals and managing service delays.
- Handle complaints according to established policies.
- Maintain treatment information by organizing and retrieving consumer records.
- Update personal and financial/insurance information accurately in consumer accounts.
- Manage consumer charges, credit, and third-party claims to ensure revenue collection.
- Assist with general office tasks, including errands, travel arrangements, and basic correspondence.
- Coordinate local events and perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, and mail distribution.
- Manage office inventory and equipment by monitoring stock levels and arranging repairs as needed.
- Provide backup support for other administrative duties as required.
Earn up to $21.00/hour

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in an office setting preferred
• Experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Must possess a valid Driver's license and access to reliable transportation during working hours
