We are looking to expand our existing support structure and seek someone who can perform the following:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars of the executive leadership team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of executive leadership team.
- Collate and distribute mail.
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents,
- Create, organize, and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage accounts and coordinate receipts.
- Proficient in grammar, spelling, and google docs, Office 365.
- Ability to create excel spreadsheets, google docs, and power point presentations.
- Ability to take notes and compile meeting minutes at an executive level.
- Ability to multi task, answer phones, juggle projects ongoing.
Administrative skills and qualifications:
- Decision-making: Need to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
- Communications and collaboration: Collaborate well with staff, executive leadership and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
- Strong Organizational skills
- Writing: Demonstrates proficiency in writing, good grammar, spelling, and can write/speak in a professional manner.
