Spirit Logistics is seeking a positive addition to our growing office. Essential to be detail oriented, good with outlook and excell!
Duties may include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
- Organizing travel plans, booking flights, hotels and rentals for employees and executives as necessary
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
- Making purchases: office supplies, uniforms and assisting with new location startups.
- Handling job postings and potentially setting up interviews for new hires in our NJ office.
- Daily & weekly reports to be completed
- Assist in other departments as necessary.
- Report to the Operations Manager for data reporting, and day-to-day tasks to the Vice-President.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- 2-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making skills
- Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines).
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
