The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
1. Complete all secretarial work including, but not limited to, data entry, photocopying, printing and scheduling appointments.
2. Schedule IEP meetings,which includes making all necessary contacts (verbal and written) to parents and participants.
3. Support payroll process as needed by verifying time, attendance, and entry
4. Maintain listing of special education students.
5. Maintain special education files.
6. Maintain enrollment counts.
7. Answer phone and taking messages.
8. Operate various office machines (i.e. photocopier, fax machine, postage machine).
