We are seeking an outgoing, solution-minded, and tech-savvy individual to fill a vacancy in our Portland office! (Check us out at www.ism-usa.com). The ideal candidate will have an outgoingpersonality with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word. PC usage preferred. CRM usage (Salesforce) is a plus! HTML or other coding experience appreciated. Social Media (professional) experience a plus too! You should be professional in demeanor but able to have fun in the office. You’ll be dealing with execs and our energetic sales team as well! You will also handle administrative responsibilities and light front office reception. Being detail-oriented and solution-minded are musts!

Responsibilities Will Include:
- Working directly with the company executives and sales staff
- Use of Salesforce CRM in an administrative role
- Maintaining sensitive information and databases
- Occasional updating of webpages & graphic content on the ISM website
- Maintaining a varied schedule with differing projects
- Keeping accurate records of all incoming and outgoing documents
- Clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Candidates Will Need to Be:
- Professional in appearance and character
- Dependable in daily attendance
- Positive and energetic
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take initiative and generate solutions
- Strong computer skills- PC preferred.
- Preferred: Knowledgeable in/ basic experience w/HTML
- Experienced with MS Office Suite, especially Excel formulas and functions
- Be able to work a daily schedule Monday- Friday
- Ability to explain how a deficiency in one of the above categories won’t hinder you to succeed
