Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

DARLING'S HONDA, NISSAN, VOLVO in Bangor is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to work approximately 32+ hours per week. Schedule will include every Saturday. Prior office experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Answering our busy phones

- Providing all levels of administrative support to the management team

- May help with rental customers

- Friendly telephone voice

- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills

- Strong customer focus

- Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
