Description
- General administrative duties including: filing, copying, and data entry
- Create, coordinate and maintain records, files, and spreadsheets
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of customer, staff, and company information
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and entry of materials
- Answering a multi-line phone
Requirements
- Must have above average abilities in MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability in performing routine mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and the calculation of percentages
- Ability to take direction, ask appropriate questions and possess a strong sense of urgency
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, integrity and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Will need good reasoning skills and problem solving ability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in an office setting preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to pass drug test
