- 1. Job Tasks
- 1.1 Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during the creation and review for accuracy of all documentation.
- 1.2 Prepare master batch records (MBRs) for each production order.
- 1.3 Initiate label requests for each production order.
- 1.4 Post accurate production order information at the lines.
- 1.5 Ensure that all required retain samples have been taken per the MBR.
- 1.6 Verify line clearance at completion of production orders.
- 1.7 Coordinate with Quality staff to ensure product quality, verify calculations, verify sampling plans, and ensure dual signature verification as required per the MBR.
- 1.8 Coordinate with Warehouse staff to ensure adequate materials are available at each work center as needed for product manufacturing as well as other items needed for the production floor such as cleaning materials, gowning supplies, etc.
- 1.9 Coordinate with the Warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery and proper staging of production related materials.
- 1.10 Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering on scheduled maintenance, engineering tests and line upgrades. Support generation of maintenance tickets to support routing maintenance tasks.
- 1.11 Assist the Production Supervisors with documentation, reporting and daily visual management.
- 1.12 Administer training records for operators and coordinate cross training. Maintain records of production associate needs for each line.
- 1.13 Record production performance and provide reporting as related to efficiencies and staffing requirements.
- 1.14 Advise the Supervisor of any changes needed to procedures, work instructions and forms as needed.
- 1.15 Maintain and update production orders in the ERP system.
- 1.16 Issue/return material in the ERP system and coordinate returns/corrections with Warehouse staff. Provide support for production floor material auditing.
- 1.17 Assist with preparation of deviations, change requests and non-conforming materials in the QMS system.
- 1.18 Report any unsafe acts or accidents to the Health, Safety and Facilities Manager.
- 1.19 Train on all work centers for production process familiarity as time permits
- 1.20 If needed, support the operations of the production lines assigned.
- 1.21 Work hours as needed to support the production schedule. Overtime may be required. However, please note that actual shift schedules may vary with different production lines. This would be discussed at time of interview.
- 1.22 Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned, to ensure workload coverage.
- 2. Job Skills
- 2.1 Skilled in basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- 2.2 Ability to resolve problems.
- 2.3 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 2.4 Familiar with ERP systems, ability to learn current system.
- 2.5 Understanding of the inventory process and accountability.
- 2.6 Attendance must be at an acceptable level.
- 2.7 Willingness to be trained to work on FDA and DEA regulated products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
