• This position is 100% on-site
• Mon-Fri, 7:30-4:30 pm with occasional hours outside of this for events

Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting incoming guests
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Email communications
• Handle daily mail, delivering and scanning to send electronically
• Coordinate and manage company and client events
• General office upkeep, make coffee, order supplies, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
This position might be an outstanding fit if you have:
• HS Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Event planning experience
• Good typing skills and Microsoft Suite experience
