Silvercreek Association Management is a privately held company that manages Homeowner Owners Associations throughout Northern California.
Silvercreek is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Part-Time.
The main responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the General Manager in the form of data entry, organizing and maintaining shared files and resources in common areas. Work is assigned at the direction of the General Manager.
Duties
- Answering Phones
- Taking Messages
- Returning Calls
- Setting Appointments (as needed)
- Assist Residents (as needed)
- Scheduling Appointments for GM
- Scheduling Private Events to be held in the Clubhouse
- Arranging Meetings (as needed)
- Attending Evening Board Meeting (once a month)
- Taking Notes/Transcribing Minutes
- Creating the Commentator (throughout the month)
- Handling Mail
- Creating and Editing documents
- Checking/Responding to Emails
- Processing Payments • Commentator Advertisements
- Special Assessment
- Clubhouse Private Events
- Assisting With Research
- Posting Signs/Meeting Materials (as needed)
- Locking up the Clubhouse – 2 days a week
- Updating information on the Website
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Punctuality and strong work ethics
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, welcoming relationships with residents, vendors, visitors and staff.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
