Facilitate departmental documentation, correspondence and communication to ensure the proper and efficient operation of the department. Correspond with vendors, agencies and other departments as required to complete tasks and projects.
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
• One (1) year of clerical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Create forms using various application programs for departmental documentation.
• Complete data entry, generate and distribute daily reports and memorandums concerning Casino departmental revenues.
• Schedules appointments and meetings.
• Prepare and compile presentations as required.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining all departmental files.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for office.
• Answer, document, respond to and/or route incoming calls to appropriate individuals within department.
