Job Description
- Assist ED and Grants Manager on grants & reports.
- Assist with Board communications and tasks.
- Scheduling for executive staff
- Assists in project implementation and oversight.
- Systematizes office and organizational procedures.
- Assists in Marketing
- Administrative needs of the venue and programs (e.g., ordering supplies)

Skills Required
- Must be highly self-motivated and organized with great time management skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Hard worker with the ability to get things done.
- Ability to work with diverse group of people in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills desired
- Must know theatre.
- The ideal candidate has a great sense of humor, the number one trait of a successful arts administrator.
- Experience in non-profit Theatre Arts Administration with an understanding of both the non-profit and theatre worlds.
- Entrepreneurial spirit. Should like kids, as thousands of kids per year come through the theatre.
- Spanish speaker is preferred.
- Someone who will be dedicated to the art form and the community they serve.
Education/Training/Certifications
- BA/BS Business Administration or Arts Management preferred.

Pay Rate/Salary
- Base Compensation: $21/hour.
