Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in organizing and planning company events
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with order entry and processing
Skills:
- Personal assistant experience is a plus
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Familiarity with office procedures and phone systems
- Experience in event planning is a bonus
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills to maintain files and records effectively
