Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the position of part-time Administrative Assistant at our clinics in Tucson, AZ. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our two clinics in Tucson. The selected candidate will be responsible to act as the alternate site administrator for department of health visits as well as other miscellaneous tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients
- Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments
- Answers and routes incoming calls
- Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies
- Receives and organizes deliveries
- Respects confidentiality of all patients
Educational / Professional Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Skills:
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Reliable work history
- Able to collaborate in a team environment
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of basic computer systems(MS Office)
Pay:
$20/hr
Job Type: Part-time (10-24 hours per week)
Schedule:
- Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8am -4pm (hours fluctuate based on patient load. Usually 8am-1pm.)
- Clinics may add Fridays in the future as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
