Administrative Assistant

Monday - Friday

8am - 2pm

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to the team by scheduling appointments, & managing calendars
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
- Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
- Assist in managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize software applications such as Google Drive and scheduling software to perform various administrative tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using scheduling software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills is required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in fast pace setting is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
