Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Please note, this is a full-time in office position.

```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
- Assist with office organization and maintenance

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in event planning and coordination is desirable
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to transcribe and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
