LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Administrative Assistant, contract (possible contract-to-hire) for a legal client in Roanoke, Virginia.
Duties include providing administrative support to attorneys, handling mail, filing, transcribe dictation, meet deadlines and other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of law firm industry experience, strong oral and written communication skills, able to work independently and with others, organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines; and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
MUST pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Contract & Permanent Pay: $18 to $20 an hour
