We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Administrative Assistant III on the Meat Department team, located in our Chino, CA meat processing plant. This position will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Meat and Spread Operations, as well as the department needs for the Meat Department team.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administrative tasks to the Director
- Assist the Director with special projects, organizing the calendar, including planning meetings, setting up travel, and arranging daily appointments
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
- Answer phone calls and emails and inform the Director of any important messages that are received
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and minutes
- Reconcile the Director’s company credit card bill on a monthly basis
- Coordinate department special events, such as parties and lunches
- Strive to develop strong working relationships with many individuals throughout the company as an extension of the Director, and the Meat and Spread Operation as a whole
- Be part of a team-oriented department and assist in other areas as needed
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Pay Range: $29.70 -$34.15/hourly DOE
- The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors
- Office Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; some overtime as needed
- Department needs may call for occasional overtime, weekend and holiday availability

Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a high level administrative or Executive Assistant position, providing high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives
- Strong understanding of In-N-Out Burger culture; customer service oriented
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organized, detailed, and flexible; Strong organizational tendencies
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally with all levels of management
- Act as a trusted partner to management, displaying the highest levels of integrity
- Ability to work autonomously/independently, yet be an integral part of an overall team environment
- Excellent time management skills, organized and the ability to prioritize work
