Job Description
Our customer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: Chico, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00-22.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives as required.
- Providing billing support by creating and issuing invoices for customers, preparing account statements and following up on outstanding payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or office administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
