Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Taggart Electric is a Family owned Industrial/Commercial Electrical Contracting Business serving Delaware, Chenango, and Otsego Counties. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service. We have an opening for an Office Administrative Assistant. The perfect candidate must have experience with: QuickBooks Accounting and Microsoft software. The job includes creating invoices, A/P and A/R, reconciling accounts, weekly payroll tasks and providing support to the Financial Controller and other team members as needed. Future tasks may include: Assisting with employee safety training, maintaining and updating all safety programs.
