POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant - FT
REPORTS TO: Manager of Office Operations
JOB OBJECTIVES: The ideal candidate is eager to join a dynamic mid-size counseling agency as a full-time Administrative Assistant.

WORKING AT TRICITYFAMILY SERVICES: TriCity Family Services (TCFS) is a 501c3 non-profit community mental health center serving central and southern Kane County Illinois. Requirements:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Participate in Agency fundraising events as needed
- Administrative support to Executive Director, Director of Development and Clinical Team
- Enter donor gifts in fundraising database, previous knowledge of Raiser’s Edge preferred but not required
- Daily reconciliation of previous days transactions in EMR system
- Front desk coverage as needed
- Coordinate Adopt-A-Family Program
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
- Reporting and data entry (Microsoft Excel)
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
- Minimum High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of job duties
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Meticulous attention to detail especially when handling documents, data and correspondence
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Sensitivity to, and respect for, cultural differences
- Occasionally required to lift/move up to 50 pounds
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The employee in this position must have his/her own transportation, as a portion of the work may occur at other agencies, schools, community settings, and in client homes
- A minimal amount of carrying audio-visual equipment and educational materials/supplies may be required
