Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as an Education Coordinator who will assist with projects, events, reports, record keeping, and student administration.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Task management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee course scheduling and student attendance documentation
- Maintain records on student population, and follow up with students with failed or incomplete courses
- Assist in maintaining electronic records via the Campus Management System and generate course completion certificates and program diplomas
- Help the Education Supervisor in maintaining academic materials
- Conduct student orientations
- Maintain instructor training and qualification files
- Support and maintain timely processing of Student Status Change Forms
