Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and paper filing.
- Generate customer focused production reports.
- Assist with preparing plan sets and production reports for crews.
- Correspond on routine inquiries with subcontractors and vendors at the beginning and throughout the duration of a project.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

Experience:
- 1 + year experience working in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Highway or construction office experience preferred
- Prior experience with LCAMs and VA Traffic (511) a plus
