We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team where Excellence is a priority, Collaborationis the norm, Energyis contagious, and the opportunity to make an Impact is endless. This role will primarly support our Chicago office location and provide administrative support for multiple Executives across different timezones. This role is the "face" of the Chicago office and makes all employees and guests feel welcome by going above and beyond to ensure clean working and social areas, well-stocked supplies and making it easy for people to interact and be productive. This will require a mastery of complex organizational responsibilities, meeting goals, and acting as a liaison between executives and their organization/clients.
