As the Administrative Assistant to the Firm's Operations Support Administrator group and Core Business Services group, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of assigned departments, teams, and locations. You will exhibit effective, high quality and efficient work standards supportive of exceptional internal and external client experience expectations that are necessary for the day-to-day operations of the department and the Firm.
What you will be doing...
- Provide administrative services to assigned departments, teams, and locations and additional support to a broader group as needed
- Produce, format, proofread, assemble and bind a variety of documents, including tax returns, financial statements, proposals, engagement letters, and other correspondence
- Coordinate trainings, meetings, and events to include scheduling support, calendar management, document creation and delivery, location reservation, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) certificate management, catering and other items as needed
- Gather and compile data for reports, projections, licensing, and Team Member activities
- Provide support with client billing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), record management, and quality control items
- Coordinates with, and supports, Team Members and departments, as needed, to complete assigned projects and ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Support client communications by answering and screening incoming calls, greeting clients in reception, answering questions, and other tasks necessary to support the client experience
- Provides assistance, as needed, with office maintenance, routing of incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, maintenance of conference rooms and breakrooms, supply ordering and stocking, repair service coordination, and Firm related errands

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Planner)
- Operation of general office equipment including reprographic and binding machines and phone system
- Ability to work successfully both independently and with a team

What will help you succeed...
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role
