SalaryWe are a growing pest control company looking for a office assistant. This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm.
We are looking for a positive, upbeat, self-motivated, team player that has effective problem solving skills.
Main job tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers by phone
- setting appointments
- Some sales opportunities with commissions
- maintaining company's filing systems
- data entry
- routing system
Requirements
- Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
- Ability to make basic math calculations
- Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Rapid learner to grasp concepts and protocols
No experience is necessary.
