- Perform administrative duties that support Investment Advisers in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, coordination of client meetings, file & calendar maintenance, and business travel arrangements.
- Organizing and processing account documentation and paperwork
- Maintaining CRM and compliance files
- Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness
- (Compensation will depend on applicant's level of experience and securities industry registrations. Applicant must be able to pass background check.)

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
