Administrative Assistant

Winston Preparatory School in Whippany, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our admissions process, will serve as a liaison between our school and external school districts, as well as coordinate details related to district meetings, observations, evaluations, and IEPs. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The person must be a proactive team-player and creative problem solver, as well as be able to handle sensitive information with discretion. One must have a positive attitude, be open to feedback, enjoy working with children and teens, and possess a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment. An ideal candidate has a solid administrative background and proficiency with Google Workspace.
