Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an Advertising Administrative Assistant to join the team at MogerMedia. Does this sound like you?

• You're not afraid of math.

If so, we have a position for you. You would be involved in every aspect of our marketing firm. You're main responsibilities would include:

• Assisting the CEO with various tasks
• Scheduling appointments
• Communicating and coordinating with clients and partners
• Note taking during meetings
• Following up on projects and deadlines
• Other tasks as necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
