- Candidate will need to provide a wide variety of administrative support to multiple managers and departments.
- Ability to handle various administrative duties such as answering telephones, taking messages and filing.
- Ability to perform prompt and complete order entry.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems.
- Develop customer knowledge base and relationships with all customers. Must understand and abide by various customer requirements.
- Assist in daily truck dispatch operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with effective oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced team oriented environment.
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible daytime hours and Saturday’s when needed
- High School degree.
