Administrative Assistant

• Administrative Assistant...$20/hour.

Part-time position in wealth management firm located near Short Hills Mall. Flexible hours working for two advisors approximately 12-16 hours per week and on a project to project basis, as need be.. Experience preferred.

Duties include managing, organizing, and updating documents using hard and soft copy filing systems according to firm administrative policies and procedures. Assume other duties as required and assigned.

Required skills and experience:

• Proficient with Windows-based software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills – positive attitude and friendly disposition
• A self-starter and independent thinker
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Must be dependable and punctual

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
