Et al has been a staple of The Highlands since 2014 and has recently moved to a larger location just down the road from the original. Known for its amazing food and large catering events, et al is rapidly expanding. With the beautiful outdoor patio bustling with customers, our 25 foot outdoor bar is a go-to location for locals, Seastreak riders, and beach goers throughout the summer and beyond.

Et al is looking for an ambisious dishwashe who are willing to hit the ground running. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a mature and family-oriented environment. We are known to locals for our welcoming atmosphere, quality beverages, and a clientele that appreciates getting to know our team by their first names.

The primary function of the Kitchen porter/Dishwasher is to provide daily support to the kitchen team. The Kitchen Porter/dishwasher assists with kitchen cleanliness, food preparation, and maintain kitchen organization.

Assistsin the maintenance, cleanliness and sanitization of refrigeration/freezer units,steam tables, beverage dispensers, dining room tables, cupboards, shelves/racks, work surfaces, cooking equipment, dishes, utensils, appliances and storage areas. Sweep, mop and sanitize kitchen, pantry and prep room floor Receive and unload kitchen supplies; check invoices against supplies; stock supply shelves Load and unload an industrial dishwasher; wash dishes by hand if necessary Assist with packaging prepared meals for delivery to client Actively participate in all aspects of staff development, including weekly supervision, team meetings, and training during the year Perform other duties as needed
