Looking for a detail oriented individual to fill a part time remote role (20-25 hours/week). Hours must be during regular business hours, however do not need to be consecutive hours. Preferably in the Pittsburgh area. Job requires the following from individual:
-must be proficient in excel (vlookup, general functions)
-skilled with outlook
-responsible for professional correspondence
-comfortable working in a new system
-responsible for filling out government forms
-assist with special projects as assigned
-able to work independently
-must have adobe acrobat (pdf edit)
-detail oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Organizational skills: 5 years (Preferred)
- Phone etiquette: 5 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 10 years (Preferred)
- Typing: 10 years (Preferred)
