LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the hunt for a strong Administrative Assistant to join our client in Cold Springs, KY. This position will sit onsite and will be assisting a higher level executive with their day to day needs such as calendar management, gatekeep incoming calls, order office supplies and proofread reports. Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, redirect or take messages
Calendar management for manager
Order office supplies as needed
Open and distribute mail
Proofread data and documentation
Requirements:
At least 2 years of office support experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and organization
Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.50 per hour
