Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and strong phone etiquette. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including making travel arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (Preferred)
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
