Administrative Assistant

Therapeutic Intervention Services Inc. is a provider of behavioral health care and support services located in Danville, Virginia. We deliver community-based treatment, support and services for persons with severe mental illnesses, children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders, and individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. We offer community-based services for adults and adolescents with addictions and/or behavioral difficulty.

Therapeutic Intervention Services Inc. is currently seeking Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial support to the Therapeutic Intervention Services, Inc. staff members in areas involving correspondence, records, reports, data files, etc. To answer the telephone, maintain all database related task, obtain information on behalf of the consumers from other providers, and keep the office running efficiently.

Qualified candidates must be knowledgeable in word processing, spread sheets, and able to maintain databases. The Administrative Secretary must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with people along with maintaining effective working relationships with staff unit. One (1) year of experience with office functions or customer service required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.90 per hour
